These terms govern your use of roeve.io, which is owned and operated by Roeve Adaptive Intelligence (“Roeve”, “we”, “us” and “our”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

No warranty

The site and the materials on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and what they contain is subject to change at any time. Roeve disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no assurance that the site or its contents are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that access to the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No reproduction

The contents of the site — including text, forms, images, graphics, audio, video, and the layout and arrangement of them — belong to Roeve unless otherwise stated. You may not modify, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, disseminate, upload, republish or otherwise circulate any of these materials, in any manner or medium, for public or commercial purposes, without our prior written permission. You may view, download and print pages of the site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

Intellectual property

All contents of this site — including its design, structure, selection, coordination, expression and arrangement — are owned by, controlled by, or licensed to Roeve, and are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, design and unfair-competition laws. No express or implied right or licence is granted to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, design or trade secret of Roeve or of any third party.

“Roeve”, “Roeve Adaptive Intelligence” and the Roeve logo are trademarks of Roeve. All other trademarks appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or for any activity that infringes the rights of Roeve or of any third party.

Not an offer

What this site says is general information. It is not, and must not be construed as, an advertisement, invitation, offer or solicitation for the subscription, purchase or sale of any securities of Roeve Adaptive Intelligence, nor as investment, legal, tax or professional advice of any kind.

Changes

We may remove, amend or add to anything on the site, and may modify these terms, at any time and without prior notice. Continuing to use the site means you accept the terms as they then stand.

Links to other sites

The site may link to sites run by other people. Those links are there for your convenience and the sites they point at are not under our control. Roeve is not responsible for, and does not endorse, what is on any site we link to, and we disclaim all liability for the acts, omissions or conduct of any third party that may affect your use of the site. Following a link is at your own risk, and the site you arrive at has terms and a privacy policy of its own.

No liability

Roeve is not responsible for any unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roeve is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages — including loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or its contents, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

How you may use the site

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anybody else to:

• use the site in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• host, display, upload, publish, transmit or share anything defamatory, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, harmful to a child, infringing of any intellectual property right, or otherwise unlawful;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• introduce any virus, worm, malware, trojan or other malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the site, or to harvest data from it, without our prior written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or the networks connected to it.

We may restrict or end your access to the site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

Privacy and cookies

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy, which form part of these terms. Please read them.

What you send us

The one place this site asks you for anything is the contact page. By sending us something there you confirm that it is accurate and that it is yours to send. You grant Roeve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and store it for the purpose you sent it for, subject to the Privacy policy. We are not obliged to treat what you send as confidential unless we have agreed in writing to do so.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roeve, its group companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration below, the courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by Roeve. The seat and venue of the arbitration is Mumbai, India, and the language of it is English.

Grievances

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, a complaint about anything on this site, or about these terms, may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge a complaint within twenty-four hours of receiving it, and dispose of it within fifteen days, or within whatever other period applicable law prescribes.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the rest continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it, or of any other.
